Boston Pride for the People returns Saturday, June 6, 2026, one week earlier than usual as Boston prepares to host FIFA World Cup 2026. This year's theme, "Pride as Protest: Since 1776," honors 250 years of LGBTQIA+ presence and resistance in American history. Over one million attendees are expected across the day's events.
Pride Parade:
The parade steps off from Copley Square at 11am, marching through the city before ending at Boston Common. Free and open to all ages.
The City of Boston will close the roads on/near the Parade route starting early Saturday morning. Parking near the Parade route and Festival locations will be extremely limited. Everyone is strongly encouraged to take public transportation to event sites. If you do not live near an MBTA station, consider parking at a station away from the event area and taking the bus or train to your destination.
For Parade participants the closest MBTA train station is the Copley Square T Stop on the Green line or Back Bay Station on the Orange line.
All-Ages Festival — Boston Common:
The all-day festival on Boston Common follows the parade and runs through the afternoon. Free and open to everyone. Expect live performances, food, and more.

21+ Block Party — Copley Square:
New this year, the 21+ block party moves to Copley Square, running from 2–8pm. Live musical acts, drag shows, a beer & wine garden, and food trucks. Valid ID required.
