2020 Boston Pride Parade Celebrates 50 years of Pride!
On Saturday, June 13, 2020, Boston Pride will host its 50th annual Pride Parade and we hope you’ll join us in celebrating this exciting and important event! As of December 1st, registration for the 2020 Boston Pride Parade is now open.
Changes for 2020: Parade start time is now 11am (used to be noon)
Boston Pride Festival flashes back to the Boston Common for 2020!
The 50th edition of the Boston Pride Festival continues as it returns to the Boston Common, for a day of community awareness and political rallying. With over 120 exhibitors, including a food court, the Festival will feature local and national LGBTQ not-for-profit organizations providing health, growth, education, and diversity services. Grassroots queer organizations that promote visibility and connections within our community will display their works and invite the public to engage with their mission. Finally, local queer-owned and operated small business will be selling rainbow merch, so everyone in our community can express their identities gloriously!
The Family Fun Zone, a speciality area for the youngest in our community, returns this year with a selection of activities, including crafts and games. The New England Zoo will bring an owl for a unique educational and interactive session with kids. Kids can have their faces painted and then strike a pose in the photo booth with fancy costumes donated by the Norwell Company Theater.
The FREE Boston Pride Concert and the Festival Bar traditions will continue as well!
The Festival is rain or shine, from 12noon to 8pm.
The Festival Bar is 12noon-8pm. Must be 21+
Boston Pride Concert is from 12pm – 6pm
Boston Pride Week 2020 will be held Friday, June 5 – Tuesday, June 16.
