Project Freerun is bringing its Parkour 101 Series back! This series is meant to introduce the uninitiated to training parkour, and learning to MOVE MORE HUMAN.
These clinics are designed for the beginner but will have opportunities and options for current parkour athletes to advance and learn in each session.
We will be hosting these clinics at a series of locations in Boston Metro, highlighting what are some of the best parkour locations in the country.
Each session you should be prepared to jump, run and land - so advising your coach of any pre-existing injury and working within your limit is paramount.
To be prepared for each session you should bring:
-comfortable clothing made to workout in (no jeans or thongs)
-proper footwear (flat-bottomed sneakers, no crocs, flip-flops, boots)
-a drive to train!
Each session requires a waiver signed with Project Freerun, and a coach fee of $10 per student.
