Attention Oyster Fans!
The first of it's kind: the Boston Oyster Bash is sure to be a tradition in the making! Fueled by more than 4,000 oysters from the best oyster farms throughout New England, and beverages from spirit and wine producers from across the globe, it's gonna be one helluva good time.
Boston Oyster Bash will feature oyster pairings like you've never seen before. Our Official Pairing Committee has done the hard work of painstakingly tasting oysters with all kinds of wines and spirits to make perfect matches. Come test their work, and let us know how they did! We'll also have bartenders and chefs, to construct next level cocktail and food pairings. WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT?
More? OK! In addition to all this tasting, B.O.B. will feature an Oyster Shucking Competition with categories for amateurs, professionals and oyster farmers themselves!
In addition to being delicious, there's no guilt: all oyster shells will be recycled to create marine habitats for future oysters, and a portion of proceeds will benefit sustainability and marine charities.
