Summer has arrived at Lyrik, Back Bay's go-to destination at the corner of Mass Ave, Boylston, and Newbury Streets. Whether you're looking for a morning coffee, a weeknight bite, live music under the open sky, or a reason to slow down with a paintbrush in hand, Lyrik has something for everyone every day of the week this summer.
SUMMER HAPPENINGS AT LYRIK:
Berklee Summer in the City at Lyrik Back Bay
When: Every Tuesday from 6-7pm
What: Get ready to listen to talented musicians right in the heart of Back Bay. At the bustling intersection of Mass Ave, Boylston, and Newbury Street, you'll get to savor sounds from different genres.
Watercolor Workshop at Lyrik Back Bay
When: Every Monday from 4-7pm
What: Back by popular demand is Ashley Eisenman’s watercolor workshop at Lyrik. Spend your Monday evenings painting on the plaza and winding down with this whimsical workshop. This activity is a perfect solo or group summer evening activity. Free tickets will be available for grabs here on Thursdays.
When: Every Wednesday and Thursday from 6:30-8:30pm, every Sunday from 11:30am-1:30pm
What: Rosa y Marigold, Lyrik Back Bay’s new Peruvian restaurant, just announced its weekly live music schedule. Make your way to Rosa on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays for the perfect pisco sour, delicious citrusy ceviche, and groovy live music.
When: Every Sunday from 10:30-11:15am
What: A weekly music class built for the littlest learners. Little Groove brings a play-based approach to music education, giving infants and toddlers a fun, hands-on way to explore rhythm and song. Free to attend and a great reason to make it a family ritual.

HOW TO GET TO LYRIK BACK BAY
- By T: Hop off at Hynes Convention Center on the Green Line and you're basically there.
- By car: Head to 1001 Boylston Street for the Lyrik garage, with valet available nights and weekends. Alternate parking nearby at Somerset Garage, Haviland Street Garage, Hynes Auditorium Garage, and 200 Newbury Garage.
- By bike: Ride in along Commonwealth Ave or Mass Ave, both bike-friendly, and grab a Bluebikes at the station nearby.
- On foot: Stroll down Newbury Street to Mass Ave and you'll find Lyrik right at the corner.
