Sonia Warshawski, a 90-year-old Holocaust survivor, is famous around town - at her tailoring shop for her huge personality and at high schools and prisons for the lasting resonance of her visits to share her story. But when Sonia receives an eviction notice from her shop's landlord, she begins to imagine life without the work that keeps her mind off the past. Directed by Sonia's granddaughter, the film is both a portrait of an incredible, tough nonagenarian and a reflection on how the trauma of the Holocaust affects generations of family.

Screening as part of the Cummings Social Justice Film Series
