Boston Hassle presents HERTER PARK @ NITE Concert
Friday June 8, 2018, 7:00 - 11:00 pm
FREE! FREE! FREE!
Come enjoy 4 great local bands: The night will begin with a solo performance from Ragu - of Ragu and The Boys - who you’ve probably never heard because they all just graduated high school. But you wouldn’t know unless you read this blurb because their music just says “good band”. DIY stalwarts Giving Up are veterans of the Allston basement scene & have been bringing scrappy punk & pop realness to Bostonians for over 5 years now. Bad History Month has been around forever in one way or another and makes the best damn despair jams you’ve ever heard. NEST is a brand new band of familiar faces Katie Coriander of Earth Heart and organ doctor Erik Spooner. Drop by for one or stay for them all!
The show is FREE but Boston Hassle is asking for a $5 donation toward their volunteer Boston Compass Production Manager, Kevin Dacey's recent surgery: http://lowellspin.com/2018/05/sad-milk-a-benefit-show-for-kevin-dacey-preview/
The Herter Amphitheater is a 350 seat outdoor venue, with an additional 200 lawn seats, along the Charles River in Allston. No reservations required. Plenty of FREE parking. Pack a picnic & come enjoy a performance under the stars! These are FREE community performances. All ages welcome. Venue is wheelchair accessible.
