Produced by the prestigious House of Rémy Martin in the town of Cognac, France, Louis XIII contains Grande Champagne and is aged anywhere from 40 to 100 years. Guests can enjoy a variety of lavish wines paired professionally throughout the meal, with a grand finale dessert paired alongside a pour of Louis XIII. The evening begins at 7:30 p.m. with a reception and small bites, and continues with a sit-down dinner in the Rowes Wharf Bar.
