The 2020 Boston Flower & Garden Show, themed "Garden Party: Celebrating Friends & Family", will be at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston from March 11-15.
“This year’s show celebrates outdoor living and interior plantscapes that inspire us to spend time with the ones we love,’ said Carolyn Weston, Boston Flower & Garden Show Director. “Enjoy the gardens and displays, shop hundreds of vendors, take part in hands-on workshops. Make some memories!”
Colorful life-sized gardens and vibrant floral designs will decorate this Garden Party by incorporating the newest horticultural elements, examples of healthy food gardening, entertainment tips as well as ideas for adopting sustainable gardening practices and air-cleansing indoor plants.
“Special guests and new features focus on trendy indoor and small space gardening for city dwellers, including container gardening, homesteading hobbies, and family and pet-friendly outdoor spaces” noted Weston.
The Boston Flower & Garden Show is about inspiring, educating and motivating the region’s gardeners. Whether for curb appeal, backyard, kitchen, rooftop or community garden, this is where New England’s green lovers and families go to discover new ideas while having fun.
Show hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday; from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday; and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. The box office closes one hour prior to the end of the show each day.
Admission for adults is $22; seniors $19; ages 6-17 $12; and ages 5 and younger are free. Flower Show After Dark, discounted evening tickets, cost $16 after 5 p.m. on March 11-14. Group discount tickets are available for advance purchase in quantities of 15 or more.
