The BFO's fifth anniversary season concludes with Tchaikovsky’s triumphant and deeply expressive "Symphony No. 5," a work that takes listeners on a journey from darkness to light. Paired with this beloved symphony are two special contemporary works: "Shift, Change, Turn" by Jessie Montgomery and "Homage to Tchaikovsky" by Emma Lou Diemer that explore Tchaikovsky’s themes through a modern lens, bridging the past and present in a spectacular season finale.
