Join our 5th annual Fermentation Festival on Sunday, August 27th from 10am-4pm at the Boston Public Market! Like previous Fermentation Fests, this year will be a *free* tour de fermentation composed of dozens of speakers, demos, fermented drinks (read as alcoholic!), scientists and authors. Plus we will have a Makers Marketplace which represents our growing small business fermentation community where you can sample fermented foods & drink.

One centerpiece of the fest will be our free communal crowd-sourced #KrautMob (sponsored by Boston Organics, Maitland Mountain Farm, Marblehead Salt and Soluna Garden Farm) where everyone will be invited to make sauerkraut together under the guidance of local Kraut Mobsters (read as: fermentation experts).
