Support a new crew of BDEA students on a transformative journey aboard the Roseway! Your tax-deductible contribution will make a powerful impact for underprivileged students striving to reach their full potential as responsible, productive and engaged members of our community.


For the last two summers, up to 18 BDEA students have joined World Ocean School on a multi-week sail aboard the 137-foot Roseway. Weeks living and working on a schooner is not for the faint of heart, but our students are used to adversity and rose to the various challenges. The bonds students forge aboard the Roseway are strong: Students remain members of the BDEA "Salt Family" long after they return from this life-changing voyage.
