The Boston Comedy Festival is holding it's 18th annual Stand Up Comedy Contest and you will not want to miss this preliminary round! Watch and cheer for 12 of the best stand up comedians from around the country compete for a $10,000 grand prize. Be there to support your favorite!

If there was one word to describe comedian Will Smalley…it would sort of make this bio obsolete. So instead, here are many words! Still fresh off the line and with that “new car” smell, comedian Will Smalley has readily established himself as one of the powerful new voices and joke writers in the Boston comedy scene. Will was recently chosen to be Comic In Residence in 2011 at the Comedy Studio in Cambridge, MA and can be found playing all the major clubs ,venues and colleges across New England. As a joke writer for “The Steve Katsos Show” on MyTV Network, Will continues to work rigorously in further planting a strong foothold in the entire comedy scene and broaden his comedic footprint. Will Smalley is a comedian who actually wishes this bio was only one word.

Kendra Cunningham is a Boston-born stand-up comic, comedy writer, actress and filmmaker living in Brooklyn, where she owns a super comfortable bed. She also bartends and has an MA in Forensic Psychology. Kendra spends most of her time wondering where the hell her sugar daddy is and hoping he didn’t settle.
Kendra regularly contributes to The Huffington Post and the comedic relationship blog Beauty and the Beast. Her short films have been screened at a number of festivals; Lonelygirl48, which she wrote and acted in, won the Boston Comedy Festival and the Palm Beach Women’s International Film Festival. She has been featured in Time Out New York and on CNN Money, among other publications.
