Mayor Marty Walsh has invited Grammy- nominated Boston Baroque to perform its fifth annual Free Community Concert at the Strand Theatre (543 Columbia Road, Dorchester) on Saturday, December 30 at 2pm. Ring in the New Year with family and friends at a performance featuring Bach's sparkling "Brandenburg Concerto No. 1" and two works by Handel: “Water Music” and "Gloria," sung by the internationally renowned soprano Mary Wilson. Families are welcome! The event is free, but tickets are required.
