Boston Ballet: Fall Experience

The Boston Ballet: Fall Experience will run from September 10 through September 20, 2026, at the historic Citizens Opera House in Boston, Massachusetts. Serving as the opening production for the company's 63rd season, this dynamic contemporary double-bill showcases the incredible range and versatility of the company's dancers.

🩰 Featured Program & Choreography

The program features a musical opening followed by two distinct, award-winning works:

• Musical Prelude: The Boston Ballet Orchestra performs "Infernal Dance" and "Finale" from Stravinsky’s The Firebird Suite.
• Cacti (Alexander Ekman): A witty, rhythmic piece for 16 dancers, featuring live string quartet music on wooden platforms.
• Vertical Road (Reimagined) 2023 (Akram Khan): A raw, athletic work exploring humanity and ritual, reimagined for the company for the first time since 2017.
