Certified personal trainer and creator of The Warrior Lifestyle, Nate Witkowski, is extending his classes to Mystic Brewery with a high intensity, bootcamp style workout! Join us for a 60- minute total body blast that will include: stretching, three circuits, an ab finisher, and a cool down. Then, hang with us afterwards for 2 5-oz Mystic Brewery beer samples. Afterwards stay and enjoy some beer and games (and feel free to bring your own food and snacks!)


Please arrive about 10 minutes early. Please bring your own mat and wear sneakers. Open to all levels of experience and ability.


Cost is $20 + 2 flight beer tasting.
