Please join Writers Inc. for a night of literary trivia and nerdy merriment on Saturday, September 13th from 7:30-10 PM! In partnership with our friends at the Emerald Necklace Conservancy, we will open up the historic James Michael Curley House for the evening.
The price of your admission ticket will cover the costs connected to publishing one of our young author's books. Meet and mingle with some of our published and working patient-authors, or join the Word Nerd Challenge and compete for fabulous prizes from Paris' Shakespeare & Company, Drive-By Pies and Brookline Booksmith.
Light hors d'oeuvres will be served, as well as non-alcoholic light refreshments, and there will be a cash bar serving wine and beers. The night also includes an optional door raffle, as well as a silent auction. Children are very welcome at this event, and tickets are free for any children 12 and under.
All of the proceeds from our Bookworm Bash will be applied directly to the books that we create and publish with the children and families of Boston Children's Hospital.
