I am excited to share with you my new Fall group class!
This class is designed to sculpt your body and elevate your fitness in a safe and supportive environment, no matter your experience level.
Here's what makes it special:
- All Levels Welcome: Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this class is for you.
- Fun & Effective Workouts: Get ready to torch calories and build strength with a mix of familiar equipment , battle ropes, exercise bands, slam balls and NEW exciting tools like the NEW TRX suspension trainer, and more! I'll be adding fresh equipment throughout the series to keep you challenged while having fun.
Class Details:
- Dates: 6-Week Series starting September 17th, 2024 and ending October 22nd, 2024
- Day & Time: Tuesdays at 6:00 PM
- Location: Early Learning Center, 257 Mountain Ave, Malden, MA
- Cost: $50 for Malden Residents, $60 for Non-Residents

- This group program is designed to provide a safe, supportive space for individuals to define their own healthy, achievable fitness goals.
