Starting 9/18/18 on Tuesdays from 7-9pm at Portsmouth High School is an 8-week class presented by America’s Boating Club of Portsmouth. This BOAT HANDLING seamanship class covers rules of the road, docking and slow-speed actions, maneuvering at sea, anchoring, emergencies, and knots & line handling. Register online at www.usps.org/portsmouth. Public Cost is $170 including the e-book and 1-year membership with a free training session available on your own boat. Family pricing available. Member cost is $100.
