Cambridge Art Association is pleased to announce the 2017 Blue Biennial Juried by Vera Ingrid Grant, the director of the Ethelbert Cooper Gallery of African & African American Art at the Hutchins Center, Harvard University (2012—present). Presented at both the Kathryn Schultz (25 Lowell St) and University Place Gallery (124 Mt Auburn St). Please join CAA in celebration on Thursday, November 16th from 6-8pm at both locations for the opening reception. The award ceremony will be at 7pm at University Place Gallery.
The Cambridge Art Association was founded in 1944 by a group of local artists and art supporters. At the time, there was no other local association like it. The CAA was a space for exhibiting work, learning new techniques, and socializing. It was – and is – above all, a community of artists.
The Cambridge Art Association is free and open to the public. Please visit our website for exhibition hours and events. cambridegart.org
