Total-Body Bootcamp by Tim Khanoyan
Tim Khanoyan, will lead you through a total-body workout using bodyweight and/or using various equipment in a circuit training fashion. Expect to sweat, and smile :) Classes may include kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands, medicine balls, agility ladders, etc. Modifications are provided for all levels of fitness.

Join us for free, outdoor fitness classes with rotating instructors every Tuesday at 6PM and Saturday at 10AM right here at The Yard @ Beachmont Square at Suffolk Downs.
