On The Mark Fitness by Mark Cocuzzo
These workouts take the approach of High Intensity Interval Training and incorporate ever changing workout formats. They live by the motto “Zero Boredom. All Sweat.” by keeping the energy high, the vibes good, and the workouts constantly different. We begin with a high-energy movement segment that will get your heart pumping and your body moving. After 45 min, we transition into a yoga-inspired stretch session, followed by a mini meditation to help you find inner peace and relaxation. So let’s turn up & zen out!
