To shine a light on the benefits of mindfulness, health and wellness during National Wellness Month, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (“Blue Cross”) is sponsoring free Adventure Passes across the system on “Mindful Mondays” throughout August.
The initiative reinforces Blue Cross’ commitment to building healthy communities across the Commonwealth and encourages Metro Boston residents to get outside, exercise and clear their minds.
Blue Cross is the title sponsor of Bluebikes, which is owned by the municipalities and operated by Lyft.
