Join Bluebird Mobile Dessert Bar and Bluebird Bouquets for our Holiday Tableau Workshop, hosted by Margeaux Supper Parlor!

In this two part workshop, attendees will learn how to make a dessert and centerpiece to decorate your holiday table with.

You will start the workshop learning to make a gorgeous Bûche de Noël under the guidance of pastry chef, Shauna Hichen-Joyal, owner of Blue Bird Mobile Dessert & Espresso Bar. You will learn how to cut, frost, and decorate your cakes.

The second half of the workshop will be creating unique evergreen centerpieces surrounding taper candles, bringing warmth and nature to your table. Haley Irene, owner of Bluebird Bouquets, will guide you through the mechanics, design best practices, and decoration of your centerpiece.

Margeaux Super Parlor will provide light bites and a beverage during the workshop to fuel your creativity!
