Is your pile of finished books growing? How about the books that were gifted to you that you’ll never read? Now’s your chance to swap them out for a new literary adventure!


Bring a book to the Blind Book Swap on Saturday, September 15, wrap it in brown craft paper, and draw or write something about the book (but not the title!) on the front.


Then, you’ll have a chance to look through everyone else’s wrapped books and choose one to take home based on their new, handmade cover.


Tickets for the event are $20 and all of the proceeds will go to support Porter Square Books and Miranda’s Hearth. (Limited to 50 tickets.) We'll have a 30 minute presentation on tiny living from Hearth founder, Miranda Aisling in between book-wrapping and book-swapping to kickstart conversations about fitting your big life into your small home. If you want to see tiny houses in person, join Miranda’s Hearth at the 4th Annual BIG Tiny House Festival on Sep 28, 29, & 30.


Our registers will be open in case you want an additional book to take home with you and 20% of all sales will be donated as well
