In honor of Juneteenth, elementary teacher and PhD candidate in racial justice studies, Ashley Houston-King offers a celebration of black freedom with a donation-based Flow practice benefitting Black Mamas Matter Alliance. 


Required Props: yoga mat (rentals are available for $3 at the studio)


Cost: Free (any donations for this event will be accepted to benefit Black Mamas Matter Alliance).
