We're having another peaceful caravan protest! This time with a different, more historical route, that of Tuttleville, a historically Black village in Hingham in the 1800's!
This caravan is for those who are immunocompromised, those worried about social distancing, and ALL people in Hingham and the surrounding area who want to show their support of this extremely important movement!
We would be in our cars and drive the following route:
START: Hingham HIGH SCHOOL (get there around 3:30pm as we will be leaving at 4pm) Left on Main street, Right on High Street, Left on Ward Street. Left on Cushing, Right on Main Street and up to Hingham Middle School
END: Hingham MIDDLE SCHOOL
–PLEASE MAKE SIGNS! Either to hold up outside of your car or put them on your car!
–HONK YOUR HORNS
–PLEASE RESPECT TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND CROSSWALKS
–PLEASE DO NOT RIDE ON THE HOOD OR ROOF OR TRUNK OF YOUR CAR. THIS WILL STOP THE CARAVAN.
