On August 6, indulge in an award-winning Core Fusion Barre class with Thalia Bardell followed by a bold Provencal brunch from Executive Chef Josue Louis.
Core Fusion Barre classes are expertly created to transform the body and balance the mind, and Bistro du Midi’s brunch rounds out the experience with nourishment for the soul. For only $40/person, guests can enjoy class admission and brunch including 1 mimosa and 1 brunch entrée at Bistro du Midi. Some of menu items include:
Fresh melon & berries with caramelized citrus, vanilla yogurt, honeyed granola
Kale and quinoa salad with golden beets, grapefruit, sunflower see, buttermilk vinaigrette
Rolled oats with kumquat, coconut flake, almond syrup
Omelette with chorizo, zucchini, herbed goat cheese, tomato compote
Lemon ricotta pancakes, lavender crème anglaise, macerated ‘Ward’s Farm’ blackberries
