We will slowly hike to the summit of Mt. Holyoke, with special focus on the bird song surrounding us. At this time of year, singing birds are also more visible, and we will do our best to get good looks at the birds, too. Bird species change with both elevation and habitat making this a partifcularly rich birding spot. Possibilities include cerulean, worm-eating , magnolia and black-throated blue warblers, louisiana waterthrush, yellow-throated vireo, winter wren and indigo bunting.


Open to adults and youth age 15 or older with an adult.
