During Cambridge’s Annual Science Festival, BioMed Realty is launching a captivating floral showcase called Bio in Bloom, with 12 impressive installations created by the area’s top floral designers and inspired by the brilliant minds and commitment to innovation and diversity that define Cambridge. 


Each of these displays are a work of art and will be live in and around Cambridge’s Canal District Kendall — from September 27 through October 2. 


Several area nonprofit missions serve as the inspiration for the installations including: Kendall Square Association; Science Club for Girls; LabCentral Ignite; Cambridge Art Association; and Community Art Center. 


Corporate partners in addition to BioMed Realty include Suffolk, Takeda, Northeast Security, Brightview Landscape and Siena Construction.


Floral Designers include: ilex Designs; Kendall Flower Shop; Orly Khon Floral; Ephemirus Floral Design, Rafael Floral & Event Design; Market Floral, Artistic Blossoms, Flores Mantilla.
