BHANG YOGA is coming to The Creative Zone for an intimate class experience inspired by the phases of the moon.

Join us for the Full Pink Moon this month at 8PM! Yoga will start at 8:30PM.


Students will be guided through Moon Salutations. A Chandra Namaskar movement ritual open to all levels of practicing yogis.


Students will have access to topical CBD salves & oil samples to use before or after practice for the added healing benefit of pain & inflammation relief that will go home with you long after practice is done! Provided by our local Sponsers Philip's Own Apothecary & Irie Bliss Wellness. 🌿


In order to manifest with this powerful Moon energy, create your intentions now and start taking steps towards your goal every day as we move towards our Full Moon practice!


The Waxing Moon phase lasts two and a half weeks after the New Moon on 4/5/19 and offers building energy for new projects. If you keep visualizing and taking action on your goal it can help you make tremendous strides by the time of the Full Moon which will occur this month in the Air sign Libra. β™Ž

This is a BYOC class. Feel free to bring in your favourite strains or infused snack along with your favourite rolling material or smoking apparatus!
