The first event in the "Why Do We Do What We Do? A Look into Unconscious Motivation" Spring 2025 Community Learning Series
Discussion Leader: Jane Snyder, Ph.D., Cert. Psya.
Our daily lives are filled with news of many changes and stressors: financial, social, and political, as well as reports of environmental disasters, gun violence, wars. The uncertainty of these circumstances – many of which are beyond our control – can adversely affect our sense of wellbeing. Join us to discuss what might be unconsciously triggering us as we experience the world around us, and how to manage and reduce that anxiety for ourselves and our loved ones.
This is a hybrid event. Participants may attend in-person at BGSP (1581 Beacon Street, Brookline, MA) or via Zoom.
