Every Body Belongs is THE inclusive fashion event of the season, happening as a part of Boston Fashion Week on Tuesday, October 15th, from 6–8 p.m. at the Charles River Speedway in Garage B, located on Soldier’s Field Road in Brighton.
This unique evening will celebrate the intersection of fashion, inclusivity, and community through a series of captivating presentations. We’ll feature designs from both adaptive and traditional designers, with models of all ages and abilities. Even more exciting, the event will also include thought-provoking theatrical performances that explore what inclusivity truly means within the fashion and creative industries. The night will conclude with a heartwarming musical performance by a mother and son duo, celebrating the joy and transformative power of living with an inclusive mindset.
In addition, Every Body Belongs will proudly showcase local entrepreneurs from the disability community. Vendor tables will highlight inspiring figures such as Embracing Disability magazine, James Norris from Handi-Capable Fitness, Keisha Graves from Girls Chronically Rock, and Jake April, a young artist making waves with his motivational graphic t-shirt designs.
Tickets are available on a pay-what-you-can basis, with all contributions directly supporting the talented designers and models for their participation in this meaningful event.
