This hands-on class will explore the rich world of Southeast Asian noodles. From sweet potato noodles to bean threads, cassava, and rice noodles, you’ll discover the incredible variety of traditional non-wheat noodles used across the region. In this class, we’ll prepare iconic dishes like Singapore curried rice noodles, chicken pad Thai, Vietnamese spring rolls, and a hearty Japanese seafood nabe. Whether you're gluten-free or simply noodle-curious, you'll leave with new skills, bold flavors, and a very satisfied appetite.
