Starting on June 11th, 4UrLife Movement is introducing B.J.C (Better Joggers Club), a new group exercise experience designed specifically for beginner runners and anyone looking to improve their jogging technique in a supportive, community-driven environment.
This class is more than just an outdoor cardio class; it’s about learning the fundamentals of jogging so that you can develop the skillset to become a runner. Participants will be guided through the fundamentals of jogging and running mechanics, including proper form, posture, breathing, pacing, and technique to help improve efficiency, endurance, and overall confidence.
What makes B.J.C. different from a traditional run club is the live coaching and real-time support you’ll receive throughout each class. Whether you’re completely new to jogging or getting back into a routine, you’ll learn alongside like-minded beginners who are all working toward becoming stronger, more confident joggers together.
