This arm balancing workshop series will review basic elements of arm balancing: core control, body awareness, transitions, and prop use. Each workshop will narrow in on poses such as Salamba Sirsasana (headstand), Bakasana (crow pose), and Adho Mukha Vrksasana (handstand). Through different movement sequences, demos, and fun exercises, you will strengthen your understanding of each pose and gain clarity and confidence in how to safely practice on your own. It will be playful yet powerful! All levels are encouraged to attend! The workshops are built sequentially for the benefit of those that can attend all workshops, but if you can only attend one or two, each workshop also stands on its own!
