At Gore Place there were quite a few writers who provided important clues to understanding what happened when the Gores lived here. Come learn about Jacob Farwell, the farmer, and Robert Roberts the butler. Practice writing with a quill and ink like they did. Then, learn the art of making a journal by sewing and binding. Maybe you too can become an important part of history and leave your trace behind!


This program is recommended for children ages 8-14. $16 per child. $11 children of Household/Dual Level Members. Reservations are required. Maximum 15 children.
