Start at the beginning this January: learn the basics of O2's Basics classes in this 4-week series running on Thursday evenings with Tina in Cambridge. Sign up for individual sessions or the whole thing. No previous yoga experience required.
Each session would run from 5:30pm-7pm and have a focus/theme:
Week 1) Vinyasa & Standing Poses
Week 2) Using props & Seated Poses
Week 3) Arm Balances/ & Inversions
Week 4) Backbends & Twists
Space is limited to 10 students.
Dates: January 31, February 7, February 14, and February 21.
Cost: $100 for all 4 weeks or $30 per drop-in.
