Spend two cozy evenings learning the foundations of knitting while creating your own pair of fingerless gloves, a small but rewarding project perfect for the season. Over two sessions, we’ll cover the essentials: casting on, knit and purl stitches, increases, decreases, ribbing, slip stitch, casting off, and working with double-pointed needles. You’ll also gain confidence reading patterns and understanding how knitted pieces come together.
This class is designed for true beginners, no experience needed, just curiosity and patience. All materials are provided by our friends at Mind's Eye Yarns in Arlington.
Taught by Liz, and hosted at The Chest Collective, this small, hands-on workshop runs November 12 & 19, 6:30–9:00 PM.
Cost: $120 | 7 spots | Register online
