This 60-minute introductory Krav Maga class teaches participants the fundamental concepts of the Krav Maga fighting system (Krav Maga being the hand-to-hand fighting system of the IDF - Israeli Defense Force), Participants will be introduced to, and get to practice, Krav Maga's unique and instinctive block system (that is used against knives) as well as punches and strikes etc., quickly learn how to throw powerful punches and strikes using Krav Maga's striking methodology, as well as how to perform some basic self-defense techniques e.g., escaping from strangle-holds and knife threats etc.
