Beginner Jazz Guitar

Did you always want to learn to play jazz standards and develop the skill to play a solo over a chord progressions? I am starting a class for jazz guitar. Every week we will work on a jazz standard, play the chords and practice playing solos over those chords.

There are principles to jazz and they can be practiced. I offer a step-by-step approach to get to playing like a real pro!

There is no need to be able to read for my class but you should have some ability on the guitar. If you know the basic guitar chords and you can strum a song, you are all set to take this class.

Cost for four workshops is $99.-

Tuesday evenings from 7:15 to 8:30, November 5,12, 19 and 26

Classes take place at the Walter Baker building on Adams street in Dorchester.
