This July, beer enthusiasts in Boston are invited to kick back a cold one with Narragansett Beer’s CEO/Chief ‘Gansett himself, Mark Hellendrung, with a special beer tasting event on July 31.


Mark will be joined by the indomitable Lee Lord, ‘Gansett’s head brewer, who will walk guests through a tasting of ‘Gansett’s craft beers, sharing the stories of each beer, as well as her own story as a female in a male-dominated brewing world.

 

Learn the history of one of New England’s most storied brands – from its days as the one-time Official Beer of the Red Sox to its fall from grace as Nasty ‘Narry, to its triumphant return to glory today as one of the leading craft brewers in the country.

 

While sampling the ‘Gansett lineup, guests will enjoy a variety of snacks including pretzels from Eastern Standard Provisions.

 

The event is part of local Boston agency marlo marketing’s 20th anniversary Studio Series of monthly events. Please note, this event is strictly 21+.
