Join us for our February Beer & Cheese Pairing Class: Brie Mine? This class is all about our favorite pairings for the holiday of cheese-y love: Valentine's Day!


Whether you Brie-lieve in love at first sight, or if you know you're Cheddar off without him, you won't want to miss this class celebrating the romantic chemistry between beer and cheese! It's also a chance to try some pairings that feature elements from the brand new Dessert Board at our CX taproom.


On Monday, February 6th at 6:30 pm, join us upstairs at our Cambridge Crossing taproom for our monthly beer and cheese pairing class. We'll walk you through a curated cheese board and flight with comprehensive tasting notes and style descriptions, spotlighting a variety of cheeses, chocolates, fruits and more alongside our very own beer. You'll leave knowing a little bit more about beer, brewing, cheese making, and how to put together a successful beer and food pairing.


Each ticket is for one person and grants you access to the event at our 110 N First Street “CX” taproom, seating, a flight of four 5 oz pours, and cheese board for one featuring a selection of four locally sourced cheeses.


If you are interested in trying all of our different cheeses at CX be sure to swing by the cheese cart for seasonal & locally sourced cheese and charcuterie boards. We are always changing our boards to give our hungry beer drinkers something new to nibble on!
