Celebrate National Park Week by becoming a Junior Ranger at Boston Harbor Islands National and State Park!
This week, kids are invited to explore the Boston Harbor Islands right from home. Download resources, complete activities, and be sworn in as an official Junior Ranger during our virtual ceremony! Subscribe to the facebook event to receive videos and clues throughout the week to help you complete your activities.
How to participate:
• Download a Junior Ranger booklet for Spectacle or Georges Island at bostonharborislands.org/kids-and-families
• Tune in to special videos with Ranger Cathy to learn more about what it means to be a National Park Junior Ranger
• Receive tips and clues posted in the discussion section throughout the week to help you complete your booklet
• Have an adult help you post any questions that you have along the way
• E-mail your name and a PDF or photos of your completed booklet to [email protected]
• Tune in at 1pm on Saturday, April 25th for a live swearing-in ceremony with Ranger Cathy! You’ll receive a certificate of completion via e-mail.
