Let's roll our mats out right on the sand from 10-11AM for our fan favorite, Weekend Warrior Flow.
This all-levels vinyasa style flow aims to build core strength, improve posture, & break a sweat all while connecting with like-minded members of the community in a practice of conscious movement & mindful breath.
Class is taught to all levels of practitioners, so whether it's your first class with us (or ever) or your 101st, come & move, breathe & be in all the ways you feel called to & leave the rest.
