Join us for our partnership with Save the Harbor/Harbor to the Bay. We will be hosting two movement and breathwork classes this summer in partnership with Save the Harbor/Harbor to the Bay. Everyone is welcome and the class is beginner friendly. We will be at Wollaston Beach on July 11th at 8AM and Nahant Beach on July 25th at 8AM. These classes are free, so come and bring your crew. We will provide hand sanitizer, masks and refreshments. This flow is BIPOC centered, but all are welcome. RSVP for free!
