Be Well & Good Series: Unplugging

Join Boston Landing and Cambridge Naturals for a Q&A panel with experts on stress management, work life balance, and meditation. The focus of this panel will be tips and tricks to reduce day to day stress, find ways to relax, and the importance of finding balance in your life. All attendees will have an opportunity to ask the panel questions, as well as be involved in a networking session after the panel concludes. All attendees will receive a free month of App Prezence, along with several relaxation and mindfulness goodies from Cambridge Naturals.

With over six years of agency experience at both a mid-size and boutique PR agencies, Sophie's work has spanned across a variety of consumer accounts, including food and beverage, technology, and corporate communications. Sophie is a proud alum of St. Michael's College in Vermont and when her mind isn't buzzing about the newest culture story angle, she's buzzing over Boston's newest restaurant.

Caroline Aylward - Get a Helmet Podcast

Caroline Aylward is the creator of Get A Helmet, a company focused on heart centered storytelling through video, audio + the body. She creates brand documentaries for female identifying small business owners, artists + makers and offers 1:1 mentorship sessions for womxn ready to unapologetically reconnect to their power. The Get A Helmet Podcast is focused on spirituality, creativity and wellness -- available on iTunes, Spotify and anywhere you download your podcasts. At the end of this year, Caroline is shooting a film on womxn’s body image and self worth here in Boston with an all female crew + cast called In This Body.

Caleb Dean is a writer, designer, and small business owner. He acts as Chief Culture Officer and co-owner of Cambridge Naturals, a 45 year old second generation natural products retail business. He also consults with organizations on brand integration and organizational design through his firm Owl, Fox & Dean and he is a faculty member in the Practice Department at Boston Architectural College.

Colleen Hayes – Founder, Prezence App

Colleen Hayes is a Boston-based wellness entrepreneur, yoga teacher, and avid traveler. She is the CEO + Founder of Prezence, a digital wellness company. Prezence helps people find pause as they start and end each day, learn to meditate, and set intentions for their lifestyle. Colleen believes that mindfulness is the key to spending more time in the present moment, and that yoga is an incredible way to connect with your physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
