Be-In Joy Boston’ is a place to rediscover joy. You can escape from whatever troubles you by participating in an event where the sole purpose is to be happy, spread that happiness and uplift each other. It’s a place to leave behind the worries, laugh freely, and enjoy the company of others who are also there just to be happy. This event centers around positivity and authentic connections and provides the opportunity to break free from the mundane and find your joy.
At the event there will be signs with conversational prompts, instructions for active listening, guidance on how to ground yourself in the moment and tips for staying positive. If you want to engage and connect with the people there, these are a good way to get started. But if that's not your thing, the most important thing is that you be there and add to the positive energy surrounding us. The only rule: Positivity only. No negative vibes allowed.
