Demonstrations by professional chef, Chef Lars Liebisch will show you how to properly slice, chop and dice. He will demonstrate cutting techniques for a variety of different vegetables. You’ll learn about the many types of knives and how to use them for different tasks. Chef Lars will show you how to sharpen your knives at home and how to take care of them. We recommend cutting vegetables along only if you are comfortable with your own knife and can multitask as the instructor may not troubleshoot any issues in real time. A large cutting board and a chef's knife are best suited for this class. If possible follow this class on a larger screen device like a laptop or tablet. Instructor: Lars Liebisch
