Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to fitness, this class is for you! We will take the time to focus on form and proper alignment, clearly leading you through the set up of each position. Barre & Soul Basics Class Description:
This introductory level one-hour class combines ballet conditioning, interval cardio, Pilates, yoga and meditation to strengthen your core, lengthen your muscles, center your mind and lift your spirits! We take the time to clearly set up each position and focus on proper alignment and form. No mirrors in this studio! Our teachers take the time to cue you through alignment, providing hands on adjustments and modifications. Inspired by the Lotte Berk Method, this class produces visible results, impressive total-body toning and flexibility while maintaining the utmost safety and accessibility for all students.


Details on location and what to bring to class:
--You will find us across from the City Target off of Comm. Ave near the BU West Green Line stop.
--Parking is available on the surrounding streets.
--Please plan to arrive 10-15 min before the start of class to become acquainted with the space and instructor.
--No sticky socks required, please bring a water bottle.
--Snacks and giveaways will be provided by local businesses.
